With significant experience in lifestyle medicine, mindfulness and holistic wellbeing, Emily has led Whole Hearted Medicine in pioneering the CPD accreditation of wellbeing education for doctors and continues to contribute to this area via her retreats as well as her academic position teaching medical students.
