Our first ever Self Care and Wellbeing retreat for doctors was held at the stunning Summer House in Jan Juc on the Victorian surf coast from the 24th-27th of June. Eight amazing doctors joined us to share stories, learn new skills and connect with not only each other, but also themselves.
When we first started talking about supporting doctors in their journey towards establishing solid self care practices and an evolving sense of well-being we knew that we wanted to do this in a retreat format.
The reason for this is that there is something really transformative about finding dedicated time for yourself and doing that with a group of people who have also done the same thing.
In this intimate, collaborative atmosphere we learn from each other- from our journeys, our life experience as well as our break throughs.
We know how busy you are, that’s why we have developed this educational program of mindfulness, self awareness and self compassion training, woven with dedicated time for mindful movement, breath work and meditation. All while we take care of you.

Nothing else you need to do while you’re with us except to slowly allow your body to come to rest. So that hopefully by the time you leave the retreat, you’re leaving not only with some skills to help you to find balance in your own life… but also new friends.

One of our main goals through offering these retreats is to foster this. To build a community of Whole Hearted Doctors who share the goal of showing themselves compassion so that they are able to sustainably extend that compassion out into the world.
